Definitions

Minicabs in Heathrow Airport, referred to as "we" or "us," denotes the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or entity making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 It is imperative that you allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers requiring adherence to specific flight check-in times. Minicabs in Heathrow Airport cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from insufficient time allocation or failure to be ready for collection at the scheduled time.

2.2 You are responsible for selecting a vehicle of appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Please note that each child, irrespective of age, counts as a single passenger.

2.3 Request for wheelchair access should be made at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotation is based on information provided by you. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged separately if applicable. Any significant changes to the itinerary may result in adjustments to the quoted price.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the designated landing time and covers airport parking costs. Additional waiting time beyond this will be subject to our standard waiting rate. While we endeavor to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Minicabs in Heathrow Airport of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which we shall not be liable.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any soiling, damage, or disturbance caused by passengers may incur cleaning charges.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

4.3 All children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We adhere to passenger limits as stipulated by licensing and insurance regulations.

Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Failure to cancel before dispatch may result in charges based on the distance traveled by the driver.

5.2 Cancellation fees may apply if done after booking through our online system but before dispatch.

Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure punctual arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses due to circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.

6.4 You agree not to hold Minicabs in Heathrow Airport liable for expenses, damages, or losses resulting from actions or omissions of anyone in your party.

6.5 Parties cannot exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or willful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered due to abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 We may subcontract our obligations under this agreement. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations without our consent.

8.2 We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions, with changes taking effect upon update of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Minicabs in Heathrow Airport and yourself.

8.5 No third party may enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days of the booking pickup date. We are not obliged to entertain claims or disputes made after this period.
